Residential Carpet Cleaning

Pricing starts at 35 cents per sq/ft. of actual carpet cleaned (not necessarily the whole room). This price includes inspection, deep vacuuming & low moisture steam cleaning "around furnishings".

Discounts available for high volume, customer supplied deep vacuuming, move out/move in.
Furniture moving may be available.

Stain removal can be priced separate but often included at no additional charge.
Pet damage quotes available based on shop rate at $85/hr.

Residential Area Rugs
Pricing starts at 49 cents per sq/ft. for synthetic (non-investment) pieces. Pricing includes deep vacuuming and topical low moisture steam cleaning.

Residential Restoration Carpet Cleaning

Pricing starts at 48 cents per sq/ft. and requires pre-inspection and test cleaning prior to any quotes. Inspection and test cleaning offered at no charge to the customer.

Residential Carpet Re-Stretching and Repairs

Small Scale Commercial Offices
Pricing starts at 30 cents per sq/ft.

Larger Scale Commercial Facilities
Pricing starts at 14 cents per sq/ft. for low moisture steam cleaning.
Pricing starts at 10 cents per sq/ft. for encapsulation shampooing.

Carpet Stain Guard
Pricing starts at 12 cents per sq/ft. up and subject to change based on availability of materials.

Upholstery Cleaning
Common sofas (up to 8' in length) & love seats start at $15 per foot (measure outside arm to outside arm).
Large sectionals start at $17 per foot (measured outside arm to outside arm).
Lazy boy chairs and recliners start at $45 and are flat rated.
Ottomans start at $25 and are flat rated.
Formal chairs start at $40 and are flat rated.
Dining room chairs start at $12.50.
Office chairs start at $3.50.

Residential Tile & Grout Cleaning & Natural Stone
Pricing starts at 65 cents per sq/ft.

Boats, Cars, Trailers & RV's
Boats on trailers start at $85.
Boats in dry dock start at $140 plus reasonable travel time.
Cars start at $65.
Trailers & RV's start at $85.
